90 Days Limited Warranty In the unlikely event that this product is defective, or does not perform properly, you may within ninety (90) days from your original date of purchase return it to the authorized service center for repair or exchange. TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE: • Provide proof of the date of purchase within the package (Dated bill of sale). • Prepay all shipping costs to the authorized service center, and remember to insure your return. • Include a return shipping address (no P.O. Boxes), a telephone contact number, and the defective unit within the package. • Describe the defect or reason you are returning the product. Your product will be repaired or replaced, at our option, for the same or similar model of equal value if examination by the service center determines this product is defective. Products received damaged as a result of shipping will require you to file a claim with the carrier. ATTN: Returns Department 14-C 53rd Street Brooklyn, NY 11232 The shipping address of the authorized service center is: Warranty information No sound • If the battery in the Control Unit is dead, or if there is no battery installed in the Control Unit and the [Power Switch] is in the the ON position, you will not be able to hear any audio (music) from the headphones. Slide the [Power Switch] to the OFF position to listen to audio (music) without battery power. Low Volume level • Check the [Volume Dial] on the Control Unit and adjust to the desired level. • Replace the battery. Crackling Noise / Distortion • The Noise Cancelling feature requires fresh battery power to work effectivly. When the installed battery is weak distortion may occur. Replace the battery to correct the problem. • Check the connection between the headphone jack and the audio source it is connected to. Troubleshooting Specifications Listening to music Connect your headphones to an audio source and begin playback. You may listen to music with or without turning on the Noise Cancelling function. 1. Connect the headphones to an audio source and begin playback. 2. Adjust the volume using the [Volume Dial] on the control unit. 3. To activate or deactivate the Noise Cancelling feature, slide the [Power Switch] ON or OFF. Noise cancelling without music If you plan to use your headphones for noise reduction only, simply put on your headphones and turn the [Power Switch] to the ON position. Noise cancelling without music Using the headphones For added comfort and noise suppression, three (3) pairs of silicone cushions are included with your Noise Cancelling Headphones. Choose the size that ts most comfortably in your ears, and insert it on the headphones as shown below. Open the battery cover on the back of the Control Unit by sliding it in the direction of the arrow. 2. Insert one (1) alkaline “AAA” size battery into the battery compartment. 3. Replace the battery cover.
