AUDIOBOX SET-UP:
1. Open the AudioBox casing by releasing the 3 security clips. Open
the battery compartment and install 4 “AA” batteries. Make sure
to follow the battery installation diagram as seen on the battery lid.
Note: You can also power the AudioBox by purchasing a 6volt AC
adapter from any electronics store. The AC adapter input is located
on top of the battery compartment.
2. The AudioBox is compatible with all portable audio devices that
feature a 3.5mm headphone jack.
3. Most portable audio devices will fit inside the AudioBox’s casing,
when using the AudioBox with iPods, use the included audio strap
to securely hold the iPod in place. The AudioBox also includes a
rubber protective sleeve for securely strapping a 1st or 2nd generation
iPod nano. Most other audio devices can be held in by the audio
strap and larger audio devices do not require the audio strap.
4. For using the AudioBox with audio players too large to fit inside the
AudioBox’s casing run the 3.5mm audio cable thru the audio cable
pass-thru located on the back of the AudioBox. Always make sure
to cover the audio cable pass-thru when not in use by plugging the
hole with the built-in pass-thru plug.
5. When carrying the AudioBox always make sure the security clips are
snapped closed.
USING THE AUDIOBOX IN THE SHOWER:
1. The AudioBox is water resistant and can be hung from any shower
head by using the included shower hook. Never hang the AudioBox
where water will directly hit the AudioBox. Note: when using the Audio
Box in the shower, make sure the audio cable pass-thru has been
plugged. NEVER USE AN AC ADAPTER WHEN USING THE AUDIO
BOX IN OR NEAR WATER.
NOTE: THE AUDIOBOX IS ONLY WATER RESISTANT, NEVER
SUBMERGE THE AUDIOBOX IN WATER, IT IS ONLY DESIGNED
TO WITHSTAND VERY LIGHT MIST OF WATER.
