K00121 KIT
Installation Instructions
Note: This kit will convert a C-900/C-970 bin to a C-950 bin or a C-910/C-980 bin to a C-960 bin.
1. Remove the gasket along the front of the bin. Note: C-970/980 only - remove the gasket from both sides of the bin.
2. Remove the #8 screws holding the current ice deflector. Save these screws, a total of 6 from a C-900/910 or a total of
12 from a C-970/980.
3. Remove the ice deflector.
4. Place the new ice deflector on the bin.
5. Fasten the ice deflector using the screws removed in step 2. If needed, use the two additional screws shipped with the
kit. Note: C-970/980 only - seal the open screw holes in the bin sides with RTV sealant or with the screws removed
in step 2.
6. Install the new gasket material along the front of the bin and also along both sides, if required.
